The original ACA called for a maximum 15% profit for healthcare insurance companies but Obama signed , rather unceremoniously, 3 separate Executive Orders which allowed the profit to be raised all the way to 35% . You see Obama was a phony Progressive , just another corporate shill . At least that is how we Progressives view him .
